Attic Clean up, disinfectant, deodorant, and fresh new insulation install. Sometimes in order to keep our customers safe health wise we will recommend insulation clean out, disinfectant, and new installed. This all depends on the severity of the contamination and if we can save it from the contamination getting airborne and harming your families.

We will always do everything we can to salvage the insulation AS LONG AS it will not harm our clients and the families. Sometimes though you can’t escape this process. When it is suggested we remove All insulation and vacuum the entire attic from one side to the other, we then spray our disinfectant to keep any contamination that is microscopic from getting airborne with our spray that is designed to kill the microorganisms, so in return your families will be kept safe. After we let this sit for 20-30 mins we then begin to spray all new fiberglass or cellulose insulation in.

Sometimes if the contamination is bad enough we may request to spray disinfectant and let sit for 1-2 days to air out then blow back all new insulation in, this is rare but happens from time to time.

That is our #1 priority is educating then protecting the families and their investments.
